3rrm Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan's Trusted Betting Platform

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 3rrm platform, accessible at 3rrm.bet, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support features. Throughout these Terms, "3rrm", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the 3rrm platform and its operating entity. "You", "player", and "account holder" refer to any individual who has registered an account or is accessing the 3rrm platform.

By creating an account at 3rrm, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms. These Terms should be read alongside the 3rrm Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 3rrm platform.

2Eligibility

To register and use a 3rrm account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3rrm strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person — businesses, organisations, and legal entities are not eligible to hold player accounts at 3rrm.
• You must not be accessing 3rrm from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your personal responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, account closure, or gambling ban that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling at any licensed operator.
• You must be the rightful owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your 3rrm account.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold one and only one active account at 3rrm. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are prohibited and will result in both accounts being suspended, with all associated balances and bonus funds forfeited at 3rrm's discretion. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact the support team immediately.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a working mobile number. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

3rrm operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in line with anti-money-laundering requirements. Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting a clear photograph of both sides of your CNIC. 3rrm may also request:

• Proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of wallet registration or bank account in your name)
• Source of funds documentation for accounts with high-value transactions

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. 3rrm processes all submitted documentation securely and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3rrm login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 3rrm support team immediately via live chat. 3rrm will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5Deposits

3rrm accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 3rrm charges no fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside of 3rrm's control. Deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be returned and the account reviewed.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 3rrm account are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• There must be no active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement. The system will notify you of any pending wagering before you can submit a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (return-to-source policy). If that method is unavailable, contact support for guidance.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 for mobile wallets and Rs 2,000 for bank and card withdrawals.
• Standard verified accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rs 500,000 via mobile wallets and Rs 1,000,000 via bank transfer. VIP accounts have elevated limits. Contact support to request a limit review.

3rrm targets the following withdrawal processing times from the point of request approval: under one hour for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay); 2–4 hours for bank IBFT during business hours; and up to one business day for Visa/Mastercard. These timelines apply to verified accounts with no pending compliance holds.

7Bonuses and Promotions

3rrm offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, accumulator boosts, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page. The following general bonus rules apply to all 3rrm promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available only to fully registered 3rrm accounts with completed email verification.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered on games or betting markets that contribute to the wagering requirement. Contribution rates vary by game type.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in all associated bonuses being voided and accounts being suspended.
• 3rrm reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice. Once a bonus has been credited to your account and partially wagered, it will not be withdrawn mid-cycle without prior communication.
• Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window will expire and cannot be reinstated.

8Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at 3rrm are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, competition, and market in question. General betting rules that apply across all markets at 3rrm are as follows:

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified account holders with a sufficient real-money balance at the time of placement.
• Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the 3rrm system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. If you place a bet in error, contact support immediately — 3rrm will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee cancellation.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.
• 3rrm reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error has occurred, provided the error was material and not the result of deliberate manipulation by 3rrm.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments in a match. Any bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, market, and player account. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary based on account history and event type.
• Winnings from accumulator bets include the standard accumulator calculation applied to each leg's stated odds at the time of placement, plus any applicable accumulator boost as stated in current promotion terms.

9Casino and Games

All casino games and fishing game titles available at 3rrm are operated by third-party game studios and software providers. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested to ensure fair outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return and are not guarantees of individual session results.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, software crash, or incomplete transaction — 3rrm's system logs will be used to determine the outcome and any applicable payouts. In cases where the game outcome cannot be confirmed, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

3rrm reserves the right to remove, modify, or add games to the platform library at any time without prior notice. The availability of a specific game may vary based on your location or device. Game winnings are credited to your real-money balance (or active bonus balance, depending on the game contribution rules applicable) immediately upon round completion.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3rrm platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts to "lock in" bonus value, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market at 3rrm.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated systems to interact with the 3rrm platform in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage betting: Using systematic strategies designed to exploit pricing differences across markets rather than engage in genuine recreational betting.
• Money laundering: Using 3rrm as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. All accounts and transactions are subject to AML monitoring.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving the service. Chargebacks will be investigated and accounts involved will be suspended pending outcome.
• Account sharing: Allowing another individual to use your 3rrm account, or using another person's account.

11Responsible Gaming

3rrm is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and nothing more. If gambling is causing you stress, financial difficulty, or negative impact on your personal relationships, please use the tools available through your 3rrm account or seek professional support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 3rrm account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that cap the total amount you can add to your account in a given period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been active.
• Time-out: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or for an extended period exclude yourself from the 3rrm platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the exclusion period and cannot be lifted by contacting support.

12Privacy and Data

3rrm collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the 3rrm Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

3rrm will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection providers where necessary to operate the platform and comply with regulatory requirements. All data transfers to third parties are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the 3rrm platform, including but not limited to the 3rrm brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of 3rrm or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 3rrm content without prior written permission.

Your 3rrm account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of 3rrm content or systems.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrm's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3rrm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. 3rrm is not responsible for technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, device malfunctions, or third-party payment system outages.

15Amendments to These Terms

3rrm reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — 3rrm will notify you by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 3rrm platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

16Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your 3rrm account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or any other matter, the first step is to contact the support team through live chat. The support team resolves the majority of issues during the initial conversation. For matters that require further investigation, the support team will open a formal case and provide you with a reference number.

Formal complaints that cannot be resolved at the first support level will be escalated to the 3rrm compliance team, who will review the matter and provide a written response within 5 business days. In the event that you are not satisfied with the compliance team's response, you may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution body.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction and governing law applicable to 3rrm's operating entity. By accepting these Terms, you agree to exhaust the internal complaints procedure before pursuing any external dispute resolution.
