You need a clear photograph of the front and back of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Both sides must be fully readable — no blur, no cut-off edges. CNIC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. You can start playing and depositing before verification is complete, but completing it early means no delays when you want to cash out.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold a 3rrm account. This is enforced through CNIC verification. Accounts where the date of birth cannot be confirmed as 18+ are suspended until verification is completed. 3rrm does not allow underage gambling under any circumstances.

No. Each person may only hold one active 3rrm account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of the Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are identified, both may be suspended and any associated balances forfeited. If you previously held a 3rrm account that was closed, contact the support team before attempting to register again.
Contact the 3rrm support team via live chat and request account closure. Before closing, make sure any remaining balance has been withdrawn — funds in a closed account are handled according to the Terms and Conditions. If you're closing because gambling has become a concern, consider self-exclusion instead, which can be reversed under specific conditions; permanent account closure cannot.
Deposits & Payment Methods
Log in, go to the Deposit section in your account dashboard, and choose your preferred payment method. 3rrm accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit at 3rrm is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. For bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard deposits, the minimum is Rs 1,000. All deposits are in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion. There is no maximum deposit cap set by 3rrm, though your payment provider's own limits apply.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are usually credited within a few seconds. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, check the following:
- Confirm the transaction was completed in your wallet app — look for a confirmation message or receipt.

3rrm does not charge any fees for deposits. The full PKR amount you send is credited to your balance. Yes. 3rrm accepts both Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards for deposits. The minimum card deposit is Rs 1,000. Card deposits may take slightly longer to reflect than mobile wallet deposits — typically a few minutes rather than instant. Some Pakistani bank cards have online transaction restrictions that their issuing bank controls; if your card is declined, contact your bank to confirm online international transactions are enabled, or use Easypaisa or JazzCash as an alternative.
Withdrawals & Payouts
Log in, go to the Withdrawal section, choose your payment method, enter the PKR amount, and confirm. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method you've previously used for deposits (this is standard anti-fraud practice). Your CNIC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Pending withdrawal requests are shown in your transaction history while being processed.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically processed within 1 hour.
- Bank IBFT: Usually 1–3 banking hours; may be longer on weekends or public holidays.
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days, depending on your bank's processing.
The minimum withdrawal at 3rrm is Rs 500 for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and card withdrawals. There are no 3rrm processing fees on withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount you receive, subject to your payment provider's own limits.
The most common reasons a 3rrm withdrawal doesn't process are: CNIC verification is incomplete, an active bonus balance has an outstanding wagering requirement, the withdrawal method doesn't match any previous deposit method, or the request falls outside normal processing hours. Read the terms carefully before depositing — the wagering requirement tells you how many times you need to play through the bonus before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real PKR.
A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before it converts to withdrawable funds. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place Rs 20,000 in total bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Live betting lets you place bets on a match while it's in progress, with odds that update in real time based on what's happening on the field. On the 3rrm sportsbook, look for matches marked "Live" during the event. Markets include current over/innings totals, next wicket, next goal, half-time result, and many more depending on the sport. Minimum bet and market availability vary by event. Your account must have sufficient PKR balance before submitting a live bet.
If a match is officially cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to your 3rrm balance. If a match is abandoned mid-play, the outcome depends on whether enough play has occurred for the event to be settled — this varies by sport and market type, and follows standard industry rules. Yes. 3rrm supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number. When enabled, logging in requires your password plus a one-time code sent to your mobile.
